Our Policy: Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Please be aware that all products sold on https://www.lampro.com/ are custom-made and personalized to your specific order. Due to the custom nature of our printed products including ID badges, counter mats, stickers, and promotional items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect color perception on screen, or because the item did not meet expectations once received.

By placing an order with LamPro Industries, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return, no-refund policy for custom-made goods.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. In the rare event that your custom printed items arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly rectify the situation.

What to do if your item is damaged or defective:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please email us at Orders@LamPro.com with your order number and detailed photos or a video clearly showing the damage or defect.
  2. Do Not Discard Packaging: Please keep all original packaging, including the outer box and inner protective materials, until the issue is resolved. This is crucial for any potential insurance claims with the shipping carrier.
  3. Assessment: Our team will assess the provided information and determine the best course of action, which may include:
  • Replacing damaged items.
  • Reprinting defective products.
  • Issuing a refund for items that cannot be replaced.

We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues with damaged or defective products promptly and fairly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

While we take the utmost care with every order, we are human. If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orders@LamPro.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We will correct the error by shipping the correct items or missing parts to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Modifications

Because we begin the production process shortly after an order is placed, order cancellations or significant modifications are only possible if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this 24-hour window, your order enters our production queue and cannot be canceled or changed, and no refund will be issued.

Artwork Approval

For custom printed products requiring artwork approval, we provide digital proofs before production. Once you approve the proof, we begin manufacturing and cannot accept changes or cancellations. Please review all proofs carefully, including spelling, colors, and layout.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase on https://www.lampro.com/, you agree that you have carefully reviewed your order selections (including quantities, sizes, materials, and customizations) and understand and accept our no-return, no-refund policy for our custom-made products.
