We have no minimum order requirements on custom projects. Need 10 custom mouse pads for a VIP event? We can do that. Need 5,000 for a national campaign? We can do that too. The only exception is that some products (like laminated ID badges) have a minimum of 25 units due to setup requirements—this is clearly noted on the product page.

We work best with print-ready PDF files with fonts outlined and images embedded at 300 DPI. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files. If you're not sure whether your file is ready for print, just send it over—we'll review it and let you know what's needed.

Yes. For custom projects, we can provide a digital proof for approval before production. For physical samples—especially when testing materials, finishes, or unique substrates—contact us and we'll work out the best way to get you a sample that represents the final product.
